Full Time: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F
SUMMARY
The Retail Banking Sales Coach in the Oklahoma City market involves
collaborating with the Regional and Branch Managers to enhance
market performance and customer experience through skill
development for banking center team members. This position is
responsible for delivering all sales and service training for the
OKC Retail Branches. Daily activities include conducting one-on-one
sessions and providing feedback to improve consultative
relationship building skills. The Sales Coach is to serve as a
subject matter expert on consultative skills and coaching models,
analyzing skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
Strong communication skills with the ability to provide
constructive feedback to the Regional and Branch Managers will be
crucial in the development of the retail team. Possess the
motivation to combine expertise in sales techniques with product
knowledge, effective communication skills, coaching abilities,
analytical acumen, customer focus, adaptability to change,
leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, and up-to-date
industry knowledge to drive performance excellence within the
retail team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other

Formulate and implement programs for business development and sales
opportunities.
Conduct in person classes for Sales & Service expectations,
Connections/Onboarding, Products/Services, and help facilitate or
coordinate loan training.
Monitor sales and service standards through tracking of Survey and
Connections usage.
Work closely with Branch Managers to resolve any customer
experience issues.
Track and manage monthly retail production, seasonal campaign and
incentive plan.
Liaison between Underwriting and Branch Staff for loan
applications.
Report to the Regional with a recap of production and service
results
Oversee the Retail Secret Shopper Program and CLM calls.
Manage additional retail programs to increase customer
retention.
Manage the content for Works24 digital signage and physical
marketing in the Branches.
Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
Must have a proven ability to coach individuals effectively,
inspire them to achieve results, provide ongoing feedback for
continuous development and refine training methods as needed.
Additionally, they should be adept at analyzing performance metrics
to identify improvement opportunities in the OKC Retail Branch
Staff.
Overall, the Retail Banking Sales Coach plays a crucial role in
enhancing the consultative relationship building skills of branch
staff to meet evolving organizational goals and customer
expectations.
Bachelor's degree in Business related field or equivalent work
experience.

Sales Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of sales techniques,
strategies, and best practices specific to the banking
industry.
Product Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of the products and
services offered by BancFirst.
Coaching and Mentoring: Possess strong coaching and mentoring
abilities.
Analytical Skills: Analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and
evaluation of performance metric.
Adaptability: Continuously updating their knowledge and training
methods to stay relevant in the dynamic environment.
Leadership Skills: Should be able to inspire and motivate their
team members towards achieving common goals such as vision-setting,
decision-making, and conflict resolution.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Adept in finding creative solutions to
obstacles that hinder the team's performance.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant use of computer screens, phone and headset.
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle
or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear.
Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking,
kneeling or crouching.
Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the
workday.
Long periods of typing and repetitive motion.
Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 5 pounds.
