employees! Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) will utilize the
nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation,
and evaluation—to deliver personalized nursing care to residents.
This role involves collaboration with residents, families, and
interdisciplinary colleagues, including healthcare providers, to
plan, implement, and assess care. The RN will demonstrate
proficiency and operate within the full scope of nursing knowledge,
adhering to age and population-specific standards relevant to their
clinical setting. Responsibilities include caring for residents
across all phases of preventive care, health maintenance,
diagnosis, and treatment, as well as coordinating care, conducting
assessments, educating residents, and performing various nursing
interventions. The RN may also take on the role of charge nurse,
delegating appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive
personnel based on job descriptions, skills, resident care needs,
and the competence of the delegate. Adequate support will be
provided to ensure safe and reliable resident care and to address
any care and service concerns. The RN will function within the
standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act
and Administrative Rules of the state of practice and licensure.
Professional nursing practice recognizes the Scope and Standards of
Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as established by the
American Nurses Association as the foundation for nursing care
delivery and professional behavior. Qualifications Graduation from
a nationally accredited nursing program is preferred, including but
not limited to programs accredited by the Commission on Collegiate
Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in
Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for
Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). A Bachelor’s Degree in
nursing is preferred. Must hold an unencumbered RN license from the
State Board of Nursing in the state where nursing practice occurs,
or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact
(NLC) state. Required department-specific competencies and
certifications must be obtained and maintained. Benefits Our
