ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med
Surg for a travel nursing job in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN -
Start Date: 01/26/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week -
Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN -
FS Job Details: • Work in medical-surgical and step-down units as
required • Provide nursing care to patients with health problems
ranging from simple to complex • Assume responsibility for an
assigned group of patients • Document patient responses to nursing
interventions and prescribed medical treatments • Assist physicians
in patient examinations and minor diagnostic procedures • Obtain
and monitor physiological data of patients • Administer medications
as prescribed and monitor intravenous infusions and blood products
• Interact with families and patients regarding care plans and
discharge instructions • Make referrals regarding patient care
needs to appropriate personnel • Delegate tasks to support staff •
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required • Associate's Degree
in Nursing from an accredited program required • Bachelor of
Science in Nursing preferred • Current Oklahoma RN License or
multistate compact RN License (eNLC) required • Current Basic Life
Support certification from American Heart Association required •
Strong verbal and written communication skills • Computer skills
and ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs
