Job Description:
Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and
software solutions worldwide, is seeking a Strategic Partner Sales
Manager for our Financial Institutions sector. This role focuses on
cultivating and managing relationships with key institutional
partners, designing tailored solutions that enhance payment
processing capabilities. The ideal candidate will leverage industry
insights and a strategic mindset to drive business growth and
strengthen our market presence. Develop and implement strategic
business plans tailored to financial institutions. Nurture and
expand relationships with existing and new financial partners.
Coordinate with internal teams to devise customized payment
solutions that meet partner needs. Analyze market trends to
position the company as a leader in financial services
technologies. Negotiate and close agreements with partners while
ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Manage the
end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
Deliver sales presentations and proposals to various stakeholder
levels. Strong knowledge of the financial services industry,
particularly banking technologies and payment solutions. Proven
strategic planning and partnership management skills. Excellent
negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Capability to
work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
