Broadway Avenue, Oklahoma City 73102Full Time SUMMARYThe Merchant Services Sales Officer is an inside sales position offering merchant services payment solutions to commercial clients. Successful candidates are well organized, effective communicators with strong negotiation skills and an aptitude for the latest technologies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Manage a remote territory, while cultivating existing referral partners and expanding your network Outbound prospecting, including call campaigns Develop and present proposals to prospective customers Meet or exceed defined sales goals and standards for business development performance to target markets Leverage existing network to identify and prospect new business referrals Develop and maintain a consistent sales pipeline Maintain awareness of all new developments in products and services as well as policy, technology and sales initiatives Perform other job duties and projects as assigned Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. REQUIREMENTS 2 years of sales experience Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in cross-functional teams in an environment of rapid growth Excellent interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and communication skills Assertive, yet consultative sales skills Passion and an exceptional work ethic Ability to communicate with all levels in an organization Excellent presentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS B2B sales experience Bilingual (Spanish) a plus PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Constant use of computer screens Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workdayLong periods of typing and repetitive motionAbility to lift and/or move and carry up to 5 pounds Hometown service, statewide strength.
