Job Description:

We are looking to hire a Sales Assistant to process heavy data entry into our EPDS system and Excel. A successful candidate would possess attention to detail, accuracy, good communication, the ability to adapt to new tasks and change priorities quickly.

Preferred experience:

* Experience working in a clerical/office type environment
* Data entry experience
* 40 WPM minimum
* Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
* 2 year Microsoft office
* Proficient in Excel is required

Essential Functions:

* Learn to operate new office technologies
* File and maintain records
* Must be able to comfortably and efficiently handle multiple deadlines and task assignments
* Must be able to work both independently and cooperatively in team settings
* Maintain and update spreadsheets daily
* Enter in all order data into EPDS
* Create the work order that the warehouse will use to build, QC, and Ship

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
