Job Description:
Position Summary
The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for fostering the
growth of ABA by assisting and supporting the sales and client
relations team in all aspects of product and service proposals.
Works in a collaborative and flexible team environment. Diverse
cases and opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-paced
environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the
following:
Responding to client requests
Manage projects for the sales team
Coordinates proposal components in line with department
procedures
Lead role in writing and developing content for RFP responses and
Proposals
Works collaboratively with Sales and Client Relations to
strategically respond to RFPs, RFIs, annual disclosures, finalist
and follow up questions
Special projects as assigned
--- Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Associate's degree preferred
3 years of research and customer service experience required
1-3 years' experience in marketing/sales support and project
management preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Persuasive communication skills for high impact
Able to write in a professional and credible manner
Able to multi-task and prioritize projects
Must be comfortable researching information online and through
internal sources
Strong decision-making skills and sound judgement
Comfortable communicating and interacting with executive level
management
