Position Profile: The Standley Systems Client Services Representative (CSR) is responsible for, but not limited to, the equipment install process from setup to delivery and connectivity support, etc. This position will report to the Warehouse Manager.Primary Responsibilities:Coordinate daily operation of WarehouseResponsible for in-shop repair and maintenance of copier/fax/scanner/ equipmentRefurbish used equipment, which includes cleaning and repairing in shopEquipment delivery and installationMaintain and clean company vehicle(s) assigned to Chickasha WarehouseKeep warehouse neat and in organized mannerFacilitate connectivity with installed equipmentTrain on installed software and hardwareTroubleshoot connectivity problems/concernsUtilize company vehicle to deliver, load/unload equipmentHelp coordinate implementation schedules for equipment deploymentWork with Chickasha Parts Coordinator on area service technician's car inventoryMaintain and expand current technical knowledge by attending service training classes and meetingsMaintain proper parts inventoryUse diagnostic tools, service aids, and product schematics to assess and resolve equipment and system failuresIn shop repair and maintenance of internal equipmentIn shop setup and installation of equipment and accessoriesRequirements:Highly organized and able to multi-taskStrong verbal communicationsWorking knowledge of digital copy machines and scannersExperience with IP addresses and installing network driversUnderstanding of network fundamentalsElectrical and mechanical abilitiesAble to lift 50 poundsProficient PC SkillsGood driving record, valid drivers license, and proof of insuranceHigh School DiplomaPhysical Requirements:Because this job is safety-sensitive, medical marijuana license-holders who test positive for marijuana will not be qualified for the position.
