Job Description:
Our Fortune 500 client is currently seeking a Maintenance
Supervisor- 2nd Shift in Joplin, MO.Location: Joplin,
MissouriRelocation Assistance ProvidedThis job will have the
following responsibilities:Direct and supervise the training of
hourly employeesAssist employees in the diagnosing of
malfunctioning machine equipmentEnforce the safety standards and
regulations from company policies.Help contractors or associates
with solving problems in analyzing, repairing, resolving and
constructing equipment.Plan, budget and scheduling of personnel and
project teams to include outside contractors.Requirements/Skills:HS
Diploma or Degree required5+ years of maintenance experience in a
food manufacturing plant3+ years of maintenance leadership
