Keep in mind that even if you don't fit the ideal candidate descriptions we are willing, and excited, to train in house and are most interested in candidates that have a drive to succeed and grow with our company.Although not required, the ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of experience in forklift operation. You must be self-motivated and passionate about your work!RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use forklift to move RV's and pallets to their designated area.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Follow safety rules.
• Follow Lewis RV Center protocols.
• Operate forklifts.
• Communicate with service staff.
• Attends all meetings, trainings, and educational classes, as required
• Helps educate/train new staff members
• Performs other duties, as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service-oriented
  • Previous forklift experience
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to meet company's production and quality standards.Physical Requirements/Surroundings
    • spend time indoors in air-conditioned and un-air-conditioned areas.
    • spend time outdoors in the weather & elements
    • Job requires all movements including, but not limited to; sitting, standing, bending, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
