Analyst to accommodate field users in an ever-changing, active
environment. We especially want to hear from Hep Desk Analyst
candidates with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for
making effective change within an organization. Located in Oklahoma
City, Oklahoma, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a long-term
contract.What you get to do every day- Provide IT support for
operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other
applications used internally- Pinpoint recurring technical issues
and present solutions to address the root of the problems-
Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical
issues - Respond and follow up on technical help tickets submitted
via phone, email, and walk-ups
