Ref ID: 03500-0012597641Classification: Business Systems AnalystCompensation: $22.80 to $26.40 hourlyThe IT Business Analyst meets with business units and defines strategies to assist them in creating efficiencies within their departments as it relates to processing documents and data. They also work closely with the Content Management Team to optimize methods for capturing and storing document content. Assigned responsibilities are related to the management and task coordination of Process Flow Initiatives.Essential Functions:--- Coordinate all aspects of an initiative from discovery though production release and ongoing maintenance--- Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with business units and document requirements for process flow solutions--- Continually monitor and conduct routine customer check-ins to ensure processes are being utilized and functioning as expected--- Perform QA, write test scripts, oversee User Acceptance Testing and production releases--- Manage and maintain all tasks related to the development of batch processes, multi-layer integrations, and other CM solutions--- Routinely analyze usage and provide metrics related to process flow inputs and outputs--- Work with other CM groups to establish, document and maintain Standard Operating Policies (SOP)--- Document, train and advise other personnel on business rules and workflow functions as they are released--- Administration of enterprise-level software--- Work with management to prioritize Initiative tasks to support the business units' current needs--- Effectively troubleshoot software issues and research for resolution--- Other relative duties as assigned by managementKey Skills:--- Strong organization, communication, time-management and interpersonal skills--- Strong knowledge and experience in task management using Jira or similar tools--- Strong knowledge and experience in, basic to complex, workflow design, implementation and monitoring including processes spanning multiple platforms with multi-layer integrations similar to Power BI, SharePoint, Outlook, cloud-based document repositories--- Basic understanding of SQL database tables, structures, and relational data models--- Moderate skills in MS Excel and Visio creating flow diagrams, tables, graphs, pivot charts, or other similar visuals--- Self-motivated and flexible with the ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment--- Comfortable interacting across multiple levels of management and staff throughout the organization--- Ability to lead and motivate team members who are not direct reports--- Knowledge in Agile methodology and software development lifecycle to manage and lead initiatives--- Adept at defining and presenting process flows to both technical and non-technical audiences
