***Board Certified Behavior Analyst Position*******Salary range
$72,000-$90,000****We are looking for a BCBA in our Edmond Oklahoma
clinic locationAutism Learning Collaborative (ALC) is an Applied
Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider located in New Mexico, Nebraska,
Missouri and Oklahoma. We offer in-home and center-based services

Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) designs and implements
individualized treatment plans using applied behavior analysis
(ABA). A BCBA applies these principles of behavior and learning to
bring about positive behavior change in the following areas:
communication, social interactions, play, self-help and cognitive
planning.ResponsibilitiesSupervising and training behavior
technicians and RBT staffAttending bi-weekly team meetings with
family members and therapistsProviding training and feedback to
parents as neededAnalyzing data taken by therapy teams and making
treatment decisionsUpdating client goals and treatment plansTaking
part in initial assessments for new clientsProviding some direct
(1:1) service to young children with autismOther Duties:Please note
