Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst
Pay Rate: Based on experience
Overview:
Quality assurance (issue management) Analyst. Persons in this role
coordinates and leads effort to analyze and resolve issues related
to for the duration of the project(s).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Processing and analyzing product data using eCommerce tools.
Reviewing and analyzing data via quality control processes for
anomalies or other issues which could compromise product
functionality
Communicating data issues and discoveries with clients during the
implementation process via written
documentation, conference calls and occasional on-site
meetings.
Documenting issues, resolutions and programming steps pertaining to
the implementation process
and product/order data.
Support organization as functional SME for impact and summarizing
issues.
Working with team members on managing the data implementation
process from start to finish.
Establishes and monitors program priorities, objectives, and
procedures, determining area objectives, targets of service, and
resource needs allocation.
Develops and maintains records, prepares reports, and composes
correspondence relative to the work;
Manages and oversees work request process.
Maintain relations with other organizations and problem/issue
resolution skills.
Work in a team environment involving matrix organizations.
Communicate the needs of others effectively Self-starter who can
manage ambiguity, chart a clear course.
Working conditions:
Non-standard office hours. Must be able to work a flexible
day/night/weekend schedule.
Affectively work during hours conducive to teams located in China,
US, Brazil, and Argentina.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Thorough knowledge of quality assurance principles, concepts, and
practices.
Ability to resolve conflicting high priority issues.
Ability to communicate effectively, build consensus, facilitate
working sessions, and negotiate solutions
and alternatives.
Ability to work in a team environment involving matrix
organizations.
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Experience working with operational teams with focus on resolving
issues and concerns.
Ability to conduct training and informational sessions.
