Job Description:
Location: Oklahoma City, OK Description: Our client is currently
seeking a Production Supervisor for their dairy manufacturing plant
in Oklahoma City. - This position is charged with ensuring -that
the appropriate standard operating procedures are developed and
maintained in all areas of the Plant. Formal knowledge of
Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing preferred. Must be able
to plan, organize, and provide leadership necessary for achieving
productions goals while providing the highest quality products to
our customers. This individual ensures effective communication
between shifts and other departments by ensuring established
communication methods regarding company performance and safety. The
Production Supervisor is responsible for the successful attainment
of production objectives, implementation of policies, and most
effective utilization of available resources. Must have the ability
to monitor the production processes, make necessary adjustments in
scheduling, and/or improve production methods/techniques to achieve
company goals. This individual is responsible for expense control,
including shrink, labor and overhead costs by utilizing continuous
improvement techniques. Must stay current on dairy processes and
