Consulting Senior Manager - Enterprise Architecture JOB SUMMARY
More and more of our customers are requiring assistance in
designing systems to meet their long-term goals. Enterprise
architects ensure that business and technology are in alignment by
linking the business mission, strategy, and processes of an
organization to its technology strategy, and by documenting this
using multiple architectural models or views. This results in
showing how the current and future needs of an organization will be
met in an efficient, sustainable, and adaptable manner.We are
looking for an individual to provide Enterprise Architecture
leadership within the Systems and Process Modernization Practice.
The Senior Manager - Enterprise Architecture will advise and manage
clients and internal projects; Work directly with CHC's Executive
Team to develop service lines or focus areas from a business
development, staffing, and methodology perspective; Responsible for
FT Service delivery; Participate as needed, in CHC Company planning
and management meetings. PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES +
Engagement Management+ Has overall responsibility for the
engagement(s); meeting its objectives/deliverables; leading the
team; handling client interactions; and managing budgets+ Create
engagement start-up documentation+ Review and approve budgets and
invoices+ Participate in the requirements gathering process+ Serve
as a Subject Matter Expert, providing knowledge and assistance+
Work with client to assure availability of essential engagement
resources+ Develop and maintain positive relationships with client
personnel+ Resolve escalated engagement requirements issues,
removes barriers and obstacles to the Engagement+ Ensure speedy
reviews at key decision points to accelerate decision-making, keep
team members motivated, and maintain engagement velocity+ Lead
engagement specific meetings+ Chairs the Engagement Governance
Committee+ Work with other executives to maintain scope, focus, and
momentum+ Assure alignment of engagement efforts to organizational
strategies and priorities+ Ensure the delivery of planned benefits
associated with the engagement+ Enforces the use of standards to
ensure consistency and quality of work product+ Archive all
engagement documentation onto SharePoint+ Collaborate with other
Senior Managers to leverage best practices and maximize client
value+ Account Development+ Create additional value for clients
through continual insights and consultative advice based on
experience with the client, their industry, established standards,
and leading practices+ Demonstrating a high-level of commitment to
client success, promptly responding to changes in client
expectations both professionally and effectively+ Identify and go
after opportunities to provide the client with additional services+
Staff Development+ Maintain high morale by contributing to an
effective, positive work environment+ Hold staff accountable for
deliverables and timelines+ Professional Development+ Participate
in industry conferences and professional organizations+ Obtain and
maintain relevant certifications+ Development of practice, manage
client related projects and deliver consulting level deliverables+
Work directly with Sr. Managers and Managers in the delivery of
their services.+ Responsible for FT Service delivery+ Client
Management to include:+ Develop/manage relationship with senior
management+ Product monthly status reports+ Participate in the
sales process (SOW, resource requests, project budget and other
documents as needed)+ Internal Meetings - participate in management
meetings and company calls and meetings+ Participate as needed, in
service line or focus area bus development and methodology+ Focus
on a broad set of service or focus areas+ Ability to comfortably
move between multiple and varying client engagements from long term
implementation projects to short and concise assessment or strategy
projects+ Staff Management+ Logistics/Set-up for (new) resources+
Staff meetings+ Identification of additional staffing needs+
Participation in final interview/approval process+ Staffing
forecast+ Day to day staff management - Development of OKRs,
performance reviews, mentoring, development+ Internal Management+
Assist in the development and maintenance of designated service
line+ Business development plan in coordination with Change
Healthcare Consulting Executive team+ Related methodology/tool
development and maintenance+ Meetings - participate in management
meetings and Change Healthcare Consulting company calls and
meetings. QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES/SKILLS: + 10+ years'
experience in Enterprise Architecture preferably with at least 5
years' experience within a Health plan+ 7 to 9 years of experience
in e-business architecture design and support.+ Experience with
best practice software development, integration, and configuration
management methodologies and project management office reporting.+
PMP Certification preferred+ Experience with Project Management and
SDLC concepts.+ Must have managed large scale projects.+ Must have
experience with multiple platforms, operating systems, RDBMS, and
integrated development environments.+ Must have experience with
relational data modeling, database design, and portal
applications.+ Must have experience with object-oriented
programming and data warehousing tools/practices.+ Experience with
deployment process, CI/CD such as GitLab.+ Working knowledge of
TOGAF and UML.+ Experience developing standards and guidelines for
cloud development and integration.+ Proven expertise with modern
architecture techniques.+ Experience with Core Administrative
Systems (Facets, QNXT, Amysis, Health Rules, etc.)+ Experience with
enterprise application integration (EAI) and business process
automation (BPA) tools+ Must have experience with ANSI X12
transactions standard and formats.+ Experience with HL7 and FHIR
preferred.+ Expert knowledge of SQL Server 2005+, including SSMS,
SSRS, SSIS, and OLTP/OLAP features+ Expert knowledge of data tools
such as Power BI, Tableau or Spotfire.+ Must have experience with
advanced SQL.+ Experience using C# .NET.+ Knowledge of at least one
of the .NET languages (e.g., C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3+
Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).+
Understanding of Agile methodologies.+ Experience with Robotic
Process Automation (RPA) a plus EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS + Master's
degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related
field; or a bachelor's degree and equivalent amount of
