Job Description Overview: HeyDay Facilities Technicians are responsible for the overalloperations of bowling, entertainment, sound/audio equipment, and all aspects ofthe facility. Their job is to maintainall outside and inside components of the facility. The technician must complete all requiredtraining and attend all regularly scheduled meetings. Technicians report to the Facilities Managerfor daily responsibilities and weekly schedules and respond to all tech requeststhroughout their shift. Technicians must facilitate guest experiences theHeyDay Way by embracing HeyDay's core values. Essential Duties:

• Responds to customer/employee complaints of machine malfunction; analyzes the mechanism to find the root of the problem.
• Assist the Facility manager with the installation, maintenance, and repairs both mechanical and circuitry issues throughout the facilities.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the outside and inside components of the facility.
• Able to readily identify the most common problem with components like controls and audio systems.
• Must be able to stay on task and complete assigned projects in a timely manner.
• Performs routine maintenance and tech requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop.
• Cleans up and removes all debris upon completion of projects.
• Ability to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays, as well as overtime to support business needs.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Follows up to complete any assigned work.
• Maintains high ethical standards in the workplace.
• Reports all irregular issues and problems to upper management for solution.
• Maintains good communication with all departments and guest.
• Complies and maintains confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area. Qualifications: Technicians must be highly motivated andpossess strong interpersonal skills to include integrity, teamwork and respectfor everyone. Technicians must demonstrate solid communication skills, strongcritical and analytical thinking skills.
