• Help assess damage and develop a Repair Plan for each vehicle to ensure best-in-class results
• Thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle; according to OEM specifications and company standards, including Alldata and I-CAR
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools (because who doesnt like power tools?)
• Ensure all needed repairs are identified to eliminate supplements and optimize repair time and make the efficiency nerds in Operations happy
• Inspect repaired vehicles to check for compliance with safety and quality standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned relating to, but not limited to washing cars, cleaning the shop, etc.What youll need
  • 2+ years of collision repair experience or willingness to learn
  • Ability to properly complete light to heavy repairs, including structural work
  • High production capabilities
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • The ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates and work orders
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
  • A personable, friendly demeanor with world-class customer service approach
  • I-CAR or ASE Certifications are a bonusWhat youll get
