Job Description:

Location: Oklahoma City, OK Description: Our client is currently seeking a Bakery Production Supervisor for their facility in Oklahoma City to ensure that the highest quality products are produced by monitoring all aspects of manufacturing for products

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Understand Good Manufacturing Practices, HAACP/HARPC and Food Safety Programs.
• Must have in depth knowledge and first hand bakery or RTE food production experience with industrial production processes in a ready-to-eat Bakery.
• Establish and maintain a positive work environment by inspiring up to 40 employees at a time through strong leadership, vision, and passion.
• Ensures that the appropriate SOP's are developed and maintained
• Must be able to plan, organize, and provide leadership necessary for achieving productions goals while providing the highest quality products to our customers
  Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Degree Preferable
  • Previous Supervisor Experience in Baked Goods / Bakery plant
  • Knowledgeable in SQF & HACCP Standards
  • Understand GMP's
