Job Position: Houskeeper SupervisorLocation: Oklahoma City, OK 73104Pay Rate: $17.00/hrShift: Evening Supervisor - 3:30pm-12am M-F with some On-CallDescription: Paydayz Staffing is looking for an skilled and proactive Evening Supervisor to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing evening operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the smooth running of our campus during the evening shift. The ideal candidate will have previous management or supervisory experience, strong technical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Preferred Bi-lingual individual if possible.Key Responsibilities:Supervision and Management:Oversee evening operations and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.Supervise and support evening staff, providing guidance, and resolving any issues that arise.Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate expectations, provide updates, and address concerns.Technical Proficiency:Utilize and troubleshoot iPads, tablets, and computers as needed.Ensure that all technical equipment is functioning correctly and report any issues to the appropriate department.Communication and Collaboration:Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and other department supervisors.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, working well with team members and other departments.Operational Coverage:Conduct comprehensive walk-throughs of the campus, covering approximately half of the campus each evening.Ensure that all areas are properly maintained and address any safety or operational concerns.On-Call Duties:Be available on-call as needed to handle unexpected issues or emergencies.Qualifications:Proven experience in a management or supervisory role.Proficiency with iPads, tablets, and computers.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Reliable and able to handle on-call responsibilities.Bilingual preferred but not required #PDOKC
