Broadway Avenue, Oklahoma City, 73102Full Time: M-F ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Conduct loan compliance audits Responsible for reconciliation of loan related general ledger accounts Prepare reports for loan functions Support Letters of Credit process Respond to credit bureau disputes Ensure compliance with regulations and BancFirst policies and procedures Perform other job related duties and special projects as assigned Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of daily bank operations, including security issues Loan and collateral document recognition Complete computer skill for system inquiry and e-mail Experience with formulas in Excel Telephone and e-mail service skills are imperative Must be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlines Highly developed organization skills Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor Must work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks Excellent work ethic Regular attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Constant use of computer screens Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workdayLong periods of typing and repetitive motionAbility to lift and/or move and carry 10 pounds Hometown service, statewide strength.
