**Custodian 2nd Shift****Department:** Support Services Technician: 012 **Location:** Oklahoma City, OK **Custodian/Service Support Specialist - Vanguard Resources****Oklahoma City, OK (73159)****PLEASE READ BELOW IN ITS ENTIRETY****Vanguard Resources, Inc., *an* *Industry Leader in Facilities Management*, (in operation 20+ years), is hiring for > > > ** **Full-Time Custodian/**Service Support Specialist (hospital setting)******Hours: 3 pm 11 pm - *rotating weekends********NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY WE WILL PAY TO TRAIN*******Hourly rate: $10.00 per hour** **Position Summary:*** The **Custodian**/**Service Support Specialist (SST)** is a multi-skill position that performs a variety of tasks in support of the Facility Management Department. * The primary role of this position is to provide a physical presence and perform floor care and maintenance tasks, along with other tasks assigned to each individual position.* After hours point of contact for Facility Management Department, provides a first response to after-hours maintenance requests, dispatches work requests to the appropriate individuals/departments, removes trash/linen/bio-waste, stocks linen, performs security rounds, responds to emergency codes, completes task incident reports, cleans minor spills, performs routine floor care maintenance, makes surveillance rounds, locks/unlocks doors, provides escort, spreads ice melt, removes litter from grounds, pressure washes, cleans windows, other tasks as assigned, etc.* The Facility Services Support Specialist is accountable to the Facility Services Support Manager/Supervisor.**Requirements:*** High School diploma or GED.* **Must have Valid Drivers License.*** Must successfully pass criminal background check and drug screen.* Must complete and/or take all required health screenings and vaccines*****Please note that this position description provides core examples of responsibilities expected; other related functions and duties may be assigned as deemed necessary and appropriate for the position and the needs of the organization.**Benefits:**Full time team members are offered generous vacation time, eligibility in 401k, Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD, STD, Life Insurance, participation in an employee referral bonus program. **EOE** Vanguard Resources is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
