Job Description:

A Day in the Life:The Vehicle Control Clerk (VCC) handles inbound and outbound calls for rentals with overdue rental contracts.Wage: $16.00/hourWhat Youll Do:

• Professionally engage with customers via phone on inbound and outbound calls and email.
• Document all calls and contract notes within appropriate systems.
• Communicate with customers and other partners using a shared department inbox.
• Manage rental agreements as appropriate including:
  • Processing rental extensions per customer request
  • Contacting locations to close requests
  • Closing rental agreements when all return information is complete
  • Other responsibilities and projects as assigned. What Were Looking For:
    • Experience in customer service or call center environment
    • Moderate efficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Ability to learn and achieve proficiency in new software applications
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong customer service skills with the ability to de-escalate sensitive situations
    • Strong organization and analytical skills
    • Ability to work independently
