Grumman's STRIKE, B21 Maintenance Information Systems Team.**Job
Description:**Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs
applications software and systems that contain logical and
mathematical solutions. Conducts multidisciplinary research and
collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in
the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic
data processing systems for product and commercial software.
Determines computer user needs; analyzes system capabilities to
resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data
acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepares
operating instructions; designs and develops compilers and
assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems. Ensures
software standards are met.NGSkills**Basic** **Qualifications:**+
Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 13 years of
related experience. Will consider a Bachelor's degree with 9 years
of related experience; Master's degree with 7 years of related
experience.+ Proficiency in software development in programming
languages such as Java, C#, and T-SQL.+ Proficiency with MS SQL.+
Proficiency in Microsoft .NETCore /Entity framework.+ US
Citizenship and ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP).+ Be
able to obtain and maintain DoD Secret or Top Secret security
clearance+ Be able to obtain DoD 8570 Certification (Sec+) within 6
mos of hire date.**Preferred Qualifications:**+ Experience with
software development and deployment in a cloud environment.+
Experience with software architecture and design utilizing.+
Familiarity with DoDAF artifacts, STIGs.+ Experience with automated
unit and regression testing.+ Experience working within on an Agile
team within a DevSecOps environment.+ Experience with deployment
automation tools.+ Experience with build automation tools.+ Active
DoD Secret clearance, granted or re-investigated within last 6
years.+ Program specific cleared.+ DoD 8570 Certification
(Sec+).Salary Range: $106,200.00 - $159,200.00Employees may be
eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual
bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as
allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice
President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term
Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of
