As a Hyatt Shared Service Center (HSSC) Employee, you are entering a fascinating world of excellence and excitement that makes the Shared Service business unique. The purpose of this role is to be the initial contact off all visitors to the HSSC, while maintaining a positive and welcoming attitude. This is an onsite role with no work from home option.

Essential Functions:

* Screen and direct all incoming calls via Zoom, Teams, etc.
* Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
* Maintain accurate logs of all incoming packages from USPS, Fedex, UPS, etc.
* Draft e-mail and use Team correspondence for distribution to HSSC associates and/or groups
* Assist facilities as needed with duties such as making coffee, tea, maintaining the break room, etc.
* Assist HSSC Leadership with colleague events and meetings, including but not limited to ordering food, setting up rooms, sending invites
* Assist HSSC Leadership with expense reports
* Perform other duties for various departments as assigned (not limited to but examples AP checks, Mail, Folio's with Customer Service Dept., etc.)
* Maintain confidentiality at all times

* Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully to all customers and colleagues, and HSSC visitors
* Ability to work well with others
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and across all levels of the organization
* Must be able to work inclusively, but also be able to work independently and without excessive supervision. Ability to train others.
* Ability to maintain a positive attitude in all circumstances

Requirements:

* Excellent phone etiquette
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Punctual
* Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to multi-task
* Basic math skills

Education and Experience:

* 6 months - 1 year customer service experience
* High School Diploma or GED required
