Management? **JOB SUMMARY**We are looking for a motivated and
innovative candidate to join our expanding Salesforce Engineering
team. Our team will define and create the next generation of
solutions to drive Marriott value and serve our business by
leveraging current and leading-edge technologies in an innovative
and impactful manner.Marriott has over a dozen Salesforce orgs,
including one of the largest Salesforce implementations by number
of users with the Empower platform used by over 100,000 associates
across Hotels, Customer Engagement Centers, and Sales teams. We
also use Salesforce in other departments including Digital
Services, Risk Management, Safety & Security, Partner Management,
Marketing, Staffing and Human Resources, Learning and Development
and more. Our Salesforce footprint continues to grow, and we are
building our team to support the large amount of work we have in
this space.This position will primarily support Marriott Digital
Services (MDS), which is one of our larger Salesforce orgs. It is
Marriott's comprehensive in-house digital marketing agency that
provides digital platforms, products, and services to hotels around
the world. MDS is currently using Service Cloud, Experience Cloud,
Marketing Cloud, Datorama and Slack.This role will primarily be
hands-on as the technical lead for the implementation. The
candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering
customized solutions on the Salesforce Platform to meet client
requirements, deliver business value and achieve company goals.
This role will build, test, implement, and maintain customizations,
applications, extensions, and integrations for the
organization.This position provides a great opportunity to join a

PROFILE****Required:**+ 6+ years of experience and in-depth
knowledge of Salesforce administration and development; security,
standard objects, reports/dashboards, Knowledge, data management,
and sandbox environments+ Minimum 3-5+ years of experience with
consuming web services+ 2+ years of experience Lightning framework
(Aura, LWC)+ Strong understanding of lightning flows, process
builder and trigger framework+ Expertise in programming languages
and methodologies (e.g., Java and Apex)+ Solid understanding of web
technologies, such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JSON, and/or
Ajax+ Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with other applications
using Connected Apps and APIs+ Familiarity with Reports and
Dashboards. Experience with Datorama and Tableau is a plus.+
Understanding of Salesforce security controls+ Experience in Agile
methodology environment+ Experience with DevOps tools such as Git,
JIRA, Jenkins and Dynatrace+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
or related OR equivalent years of experience and/or certification+
Ability to work independently and on a team in a fast paced,
continually evolving environment**Preferred:**+ Salesforce
developer/architect/admin certifications are pluses+ Experience in
development of hotel property applications+ Leadership experience

manage respective aspects of a project plan (e.g., schedules,

Reviews estimates of work effort for client projects provided by
Service Providers for accuracy+ Facilitates timely resolution of
service delivery problems and minimizes the impact on

Applicants Only:** The salary range for this position is $93,713.00
to $204,107.00 annually.**Colorado Applicants Only:** The salary
range for this position is $93,713.00 to $185,551.00 annually.**New
York City & Westchester County, NY Applicants Only:** The salary
range for this position is $113,393.00 to $204,107.00
annually.**Washington Applicants Only:** The salary range for this
position is $93,713.00 to $204,107.00 annually. In addition to the
annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual
bonus. Employees will accrue 0.4616 PTO balance for every hour
worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.All
