Job Description:
Client relations specialists liaise between customers to ensure
the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to
customer needs.
- Deliver a positive customer experience through proactive
communication, leading potential
o sensitive conversations and providing timely responses.
- Collaborate and build relationships with your teammates across
WeGoLook.
- Assist in handling inbound or outbound calls as needed
- Resolve service issues timely for providers including analysis
and resolution, communicating resolution plans to the clients and
ensuring follow through on such resolutions to the problem
- Work with internal customer support team and other teams to
resolve issues for clients to improve overall service experience
and workflows.
- Educates clients on policies and procedures as needed
- Assist with both stateside and international clients ( UK,
Canada)
- Ability to process and manage orders via MRS
- Assist with other duties as assigned
- Full Time
- Must be flexible to work any day
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Effectively communicate in a professional manner
- Knowledge of Zendesk platform
- Ability to build and grow customer relationships, existing and
new
- Ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly
- Ability to work quickly and accurately on an independent basis
giving great attention to detail and displaying the initiative to
proactively identify issues or discrepancies
- Excellent verbal,written, and presentation skills.
- Enthusiastic, persistent, and confident approach.
