**Job Description:**The Systems Administrator-Senior position
provides leadership and direction for systems administration
activities and individuals. Performs administration and provides
operational support for corporate systems including hardware and OS
system availability, performance tuning, installation, security,
and troubleshooting. Senior-level professional experienced in all
aspects of systems administration. Encompasses full knowledge
required within the systems specialty area. Functions independently
with minimal oversight and direction. Provides technical and
professional guidance and leadership to peers.The Systems

business teams to develop appropriate build parameters. Works with

administration. Encompasses full knowledge required within the
systems specialty area. Functions independently with minimal
oversight and direction. Provides technical and professional
guidance and leadership to peers.The Systems Administrator-Staff

systems specialty area. Functions independently with minimal
oversight and direction. May instruct and guide other technical
professionals.We will hire at Staff or Senior level depending on
qualifications.Job Essentials1. Consults with customers and
management to set strategy for current and future architecture
related to technologies associated with Systems.2. Mentors other
team members to increase their skill and knowledge.3. Manages large
and complex projects as needed.4. Assists in the creation of
quality initiatives to improve processes and increase
efficiencies.5. Provides solutions to complex issues in all areas
of technology related to Systems.6. Identifies and initiates
changes that continually improve a positive open team
environment.7. Drives the designs and implementation of redundant
systems, policies, and procedures for disaster recovery to ensure
effective protection and integrity of assets.8. Drives monitoring
to reduce the risk of hardware failure, excessive resource
consumption, and service outage.9. Makes recommendations regarding
processes that can be automated. Suggests improvements to
preexisting automated processes.Minimum Qualifications (Staff -
salary range: $34.59-$54.47/hr)Bachelor degree in computer science
or Information Systems or 4 years equivalent technical experience
in systems administration or related technical field. Degree must
be obtained through an accredited institution. Education is

technical knowledge of systems administration (hardware, protocols,
standards, hands on troubleshooting, performance tuning, and

experience, as well as an understanding of the relationship between
processes and policies.- and -Demonstrated experience solving
server/operating system problems that reduce impact to
customers/end-users.Minimum Qualifications (Senior - salary range:
$47.32-$74.50/hr)Bachelor's degree in computer science or
Information Systems. Degree must be obtained through an accredited
institution. Education is verified.- or -Four years equivalent
technical experience in systems administration or related technical
field.- and -Six years of System Administration experience.- and
-Demonstrated working technical knowledge of Systems administration
(e.g. hands-on troubleshooting experience, server performance
tuning and monitoring tools, scripting code using Perl, CGI, C,
shell, and powershell scripting tools, Systems hardware, protocols,
and standards)- and -Business process and reengineering experience,
as well as an understanding of the relationship between processes
and policies.- and -Demonstrated experience solving
server/operating system problems that reduce impact to
customers/end-users.Preferred QualificationsITIL Foundations
Certification.Ability to lead complex projects.- and -Analytical
