Coordinator (Open to Remote)**PRIMARY PURPOSE** **:** To provide
support for leave programs including but limited to, FMLA, medical
leaves, personal leaves, short-term and long-term disability by
answering questions, providing explanations, resolving issues, and
responding to inquiries in a professional, urgent and confidential
manner.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES**+ Serves as a
first-level resource for colleagues and managers regarding CR leave
and disability programs by providing policy and program
interpretation and escalating to second-level resource as
appropriate.+ Processes, troubleshoots, and supports various CR
leave programs and/or pay for leave transactions such as Workday
entry, paid time off, and intermittent/reduced work schedule.+
Maintains and assists in creating knowledge and training content
for CR leave programs, processes and procedures.+ Using provided
leave metrics, identifies trends and/or challenges and offers
recommendations for improvements and script documentation.+
Supports the team for claims' administration of leave programs.+
Collaborates with and supports Center of Excellence "COE" on
general leave programs, initiatives and projects as
needed.**ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES**+ Performs
other duties as assigned.+ Supports the organization's quality
program(s).+ Travels as required.**QUALIFICATIONS****Education &
Licensing**High school diploma or GED required.**Experience**Two
(2) years of experience in a Human Resources capacity including
experience with HRIS and/or case management tools and in a shared
services/internal service delivery role or equivalent combination
of education and experience required. One (1) to two (2) years of
experience in the colleague benefits field with a concentration on
disability, FMLA, claims' administration and/or medical management
related discipline and maintaining payroll information by
collecting, calculating, and entering data for all leave and
disability pay preferred. Experience with Workday and ServiceNow
preferred.**Skills & Knowledge**+ Working knowledge of applicable
Federal and State leave laws such as federal FMLA and state
specific leaves and ADAAA+ Ability to recognize process improvement
and willingness to make recommendations+ Ability to grasp
information quickly and probe effectively when required+ High
integrity, sound judgment and discretion regarding the handling of
confidential information+ Self-driven with a sense of ownership of
work product and accountability+ Excellent oral and written
communication skills+ PC literate, including Microsoft Office
products+ Strong organizational skills+ Excellent interpersonal
skills+ Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and
constructive written reports+ Ability to work in a team
environment+ Ability to meet or exceed Performance
