• Under broad direction, oversees day-to-day operations of an Artificial Lift shop and ensures safety and appropriate processes and procedures are performed.
• Trains and develops shop technicians.
• Develops and maintains team environment with the group through the planning and coordinating of group activities.
• Assigns work to shop technicians and monitors results.
• Maintains up-to-date technology in shop.
• Provides inventory oversight of equipment and trucks.
• Supports short and long term goals of the shop, consistent with operations management and the company.
• Job role has budgetary type of accountabilities or directly impacts a revenue center's viability or its quality of service via personal contributions. Requirements:
