Job Summary and Responsibilities:
Our coworking members are highly motivated individuals that expect the very best, and that starts with the quality of service they experience. Our front desk assistant role is the first point of contact for our members and guests, shaping their experience from the very beginning. In addition, we also have an event space that hosts weddings, parties, conferences, and more. We are looking for someone to join our team who can help with both our coworking members and events.

Hours: Flexible, weekend availability required
Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour

Principal duties include:

* Screening for members/non members
* Greeting guests and informing members of guest arrival
* Accepting and delivering packages and mail
* Keeping kitchen areas up (brewing coffee, loading/unloading dishwasher, etc.)
* Keeping space tidy throughout the day including spot check of bathrooms
* Assisting with set up and breakdown of member/non-member gatherings (presentations, breakfasts, happy hours, clubs, etc.)
* Answering and directing incoming telephone calls to appropriate parties
* Maintaining accurate conference room schedule and log
* Utilizing office equipment and helping members with said equipment
* Keeping the front reception area clean and neat at all times

Required Competencies:

* High school diploma and a minimum of 2 years customer service experience
* Microsoft office: Possess the ability to work with the standard programs contained in Microsoft Office at a capable level.
* Customer service: Knowledge of processes and principles related to the customer, client, service user and to personal services; these may include procedures to evaluate customer's or service user's satisfaction.
* Administrative Responsibility: Report directly to the Community Manager, and focus on serving members and visitors to exceed expectations.
* Active Listening: Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
* Speaking: Talking professionally to others to convey information effectively.
* Time Management: Managing one's time efficiently and with deadlines in mind.
* Service Orientation: Actively looking for ways to help people.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Weekend availability
