Also responsible for ensuring new customers first and second payrolls, at a minimum, are processed accurately and timely.RESPONSIBILITIESCompleting various setup duties including but not limited to: company banking info, employee data imports, general ledger mapping, time-off accrual setup, earning/deduction/labor allocation structure, and timekeeping setup.Conducting and/or participating in various setup milestone conference calls as outlined in the implementation process, including Implementation Review Call, General Ledger Kickoff Call, Data Acceptance Meeting, Perfect First Payroll Call, and Transition Call to long-term care.Composing, managing, and responding to internal/external emails from partners and clients in regard to their payroll implementations.Assisting clients with various setup related questions and scenarios over the phone including, but not limited to: payroll processing questions, timekeeping functionality adjustments, time-off accrual setup questions, the adding of different earning/deduction codes, employee pay inquiries, payroll funding communication, general ledger questions, and various other system related requests.Proactively anticipates client(s) needs and assesses risk.Completes conversion of data through Paycoms internal systems to ensure data integrity.Holds internal and external partners accountable to project objectives and timelines.Easily adapts to internal process changes and stays up to date on product developments.Consistently meets internal deadlines for reports, trainings, etc.Attends various internal team, supervisor group, and company meetings. As well as attending/completing various role-specific process, system, and company trainings.Ensures all open implementation tasks are completed, client(s) introductions to their long-term specialists are successfully conducted, and all handoff requirements are met, per the process, to indicate that the client is prepared to transition to the long-term care teams (PSD).Actively drives the company vision through the utilization of the Paycom solution.Submits all sensitive data through appropriate Paycom platforms in accordance with Paycom Security Standards.Coordinates payroll processing timelines with all clients to ensure payroll is submitted in accordance with Paycom submission deadlines.Communicates the importance of data validation and first payroll preparation requirements to all clients to ensure perfect first payrolls.Processes standard to complex payrolls under limited supervision.Ensures documentation on client processes and notes are logged timely within Paycom CRM.Monitors all communication channels including, but not limited to, e-mail and telephone notifications providing prompt responses.Answers standard to complex questions under limited supervision.Ensures proper meeting etiquette by paying attention to the correct inflection, courtesy, tone, understandability, and rate of speech.Communicates effectively with clients and colleagues to establish cordial and effective working relationships.Tactfully communicates critical feedback to clients, colleagues, and manager.Makes independent decisions on problem resolution that are consistent with Paycom policies and procedures.Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with Paycom personnel and management.Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant client problems.Demonstrates initiative by constantly looking for and recommending ways to improve the NCS Specialist role.Attends and leads meetings as required (web meeting or phone conference).Provides input for the development of department and company initiatives to support process and system improvements as needed.Maintains a positive attitude with all Paycom personnel and management.Adheres to all policies of Paycom, including those outlined in the Paycom Employee Handbook.Communicates agendas and recaps for all meetings and trainings.Education/Certification:Bachelors degree or equivalent work experienceExperience:Business to business customer facing experience and/or related course workPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSSkills/Abilities:Ability to speak, read and write in the English languageBilingual (English & Spanish) preferred (Ability to read write and translate in both languages)Strong organizational skills while managing multiple tasks or projectsSoftware troubleshooting experienceConsistently and effectively executes client meetings with business acumenAbility to perform job duties with moderate supervisionIntermediate computer skills in Excel, MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Web-based PlatformsAbility to work as part of a cross-functional teamIntermediate knowledge of the industry, product, and processesDetail oriented and consistently delivers high-quality resultsIntermediate project management and planning skillsMaintains professional appearance and calm demeanorAbility to prioritize objectivesIntermediate problem solving and conflict resolution skillsWrites clearly and informativelyPaycom is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
