JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise operations workforce (Warehouse/Delivery)Manage, lead, motivate, and develop department personnel including selection, performance management, and employee relationsPlan, direct, and schedule all manpower and equipment needs to meet daily operational requirementsManage all aspects of inventory including but not limited to: Daily physical inventory cycle counts/forecasting, monthly full physical inventory count, inventory reconciliation/resolution of invoice variances, and processing all documents related to inventoryBuy/sell product from neighboring wholesalers and monitor product freshness/ageAssist Team Leaders in supervision and coordination of work assignments in departmentSupervise the dispatching of route trucks and on demand deliveries. Monitor routing and delivery efficienciesRespond, investigate, and resolve all retailer delivery complaintsResponsible for any other tasks deemed necessary by Operations ManagementJOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree is requiredLeadership and Management experience preferredLeadership skills, comfort level with change, and the ability to lead changeSolid communication/interpersonal skills and team orientationProficient to expert level in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Strong ability to multitask in high pressure environmentsAbility and willingness to work flexible hoursAbility to relocate within the US is a plusWHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH: Anheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
