THE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY at Bear Cognition:Estimated 1st year earnings - $57,000 - $63,000 As an Account Executive, you will prospect, engage, and qualify small to mid-size business leads with the goal to identify quality opportunities. We provide industry leading sales and product training through our corporate and local offices. Upon joining Bear Cognition, our Account Executives are enrolled in our Advisor Training program to jumpstart their career trajectory within our organization. The normal career path for an Account Executive would progress to a Business Analyst sales role and then may become more specialized in one of our Industry, Function, or Product areas of practice. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor's Degree (REQUIRED)
• Ability to operate autonomously in an Inside Sales environment from home or an office setting.
• A strong desire to succeed in sales & business
• High energy, with passion for your personal brand and the ability to carry yourself like an executive
• A proven track record of achievement in sports, job promotions, awards and rankings or similar.
• Past experience in formal leadership positions within social or professional organizations
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, quota-driven, results-oriented environment
• Effective communicator with a strong business acumen
• Self-starter with strong organization & presentation skills, whose attention to detail will drive profitability
• Ability to think strategically about personal impact to long-term business strategy
