Job DescriptionAre you a friendly, outgoing person with great customer service and phone skills?We are seeking new team members who will provide amazing customer service to our clients who are looking to create healthier homes for their families. You will get to spend the majority of your time on the phones talking to awesome people to schedule their in home experience with the best carpet cleaning company in the world. Training is in person, but work at home is a possibility for the right person.

We are hiring for 5 day shifts- Please specify which shift you are applying for.

• 4 days, plus Saturday 11am - 7pm
• Thursday & Friday 7am - 3pm, Saturday shifts vary and Sunday 9am-5pmResponsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments and estimates
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Follow up on customer service experience
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services​Qualifications:
    • Motivated and helpful personality
    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
