We are looking for a collaborative, finance savvy, contract manager
that is a self-starter and can work autonomously for a new
client.The purpose of this position is to provide
administrative/operations, accounting and finance support, and
management of supplier contracts for a Global Client with multiple
site locations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Operations
Administrative management of CMMS systems and work allocation
(planned and reactive) Procurement dashboard. Collating monthly
contract review alongside Account Leader to support presentations
and prepare monthly and quarterly customer meeting documentation.
Governance Preparing information for the contract reviews and other
site-based information requests People Maintenance of training
records, functional onboarding of new employees and facilitation
and coordination of team and employee engagement activities
Customer Relationship Management Maintain positive relationship
with function specific customers, particularly in finance and AP
community troubleshooting, data and site information. HSE
Responsible for administrative tasks related to HSE such as logging
hazards and upkeep of logbooks.Responsibility for logbook
management shared with Account Leader and site operations team.
FinanceFull responsibility for managing and reporting on functional
component of contract finances i.e. raising Service Orders &
Purchase Orders, Billing, Invoice Pool, Process Timesheets, Debt
Management, housekeeping of Dynamics and Site Files, WebQuote (or
client equivalent of Quoting system).Partner with Account Leader to
ensuring month end results are maximized & financial accounting /
forecasting is accurate.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No formal
supervisory responsibilities in this position.May provide informal
assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to
coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a
work unit and/or project.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job

functions.EDUCATION and EXPERIENCEHigh School diploma or general
education degree (GED) required. Associate's degree (AA) or
equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.
Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training.
Finance and accounting skills are a plus.CERTIFICATES and/or
LICENSES Preferred but not Required:C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M.
certifications or eligibility - An additional requirement for this
role is the ability to comply with COVID-19 health and safety
protocols, including COVID-19 vaccination proof and/or rigorous
testing. - COMMUNICATION SKILLSExcellent written and verbal
communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous
service to customers. Ability to effectively present
information.FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGERequires knowledge of financial
terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures
such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic
financial analysis.REASONING ABILITYAbility to comprehend, analyze,
and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving
several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and
quantitative skills.OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIESIntermediate
skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to achieve working
level skills in either a contracts database or Ariba Contracts
Management Module. Experience with Dynamics AX a plus.SCOPE OF
RESPONSIBILITYDecisions made with understanding of procedures and
company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible
for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause
