Administrator FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Reports to: Chief Operating
Officer (COO) Position Summary: The Operations Administrator is
responsible for managing contracts and agreements to ensure
efficient, effective, and profitable performance throughout the
entire contract lifecycle as well as administrate Human Resources
and Office Management tasks for the organization. This position
will also serve as the point of contact between business
development team and finance team from the time a contract is
initiated until the contract term has expired or been terminated.

the essential functions. Essential Functions Statement: Responsible
for ensuring amshot---s [JH1] contract rates and quantities align
with current pricing rates. Reviews executed sales documentation to
ensure profitability when comparing against current amshot contract
rates. Responsible for maintaining and auditing client headcount
when necessary. Reviews amshot backup supplier invoice charges and
adjusts backup agreement additions accordingly. Reviews monthly
agreement invoices for any discrepancies prior to month end and
confirms adjustments. Reviews weekly standard invoices for any
discrepancies and confirms billing amounts and rates are accurate.
Assists procurement as needed in the purchasing and receiving of IT
assets associated with sales and purchase orders. Greet
customers/visitors in a pleasant manner and assists them.
Administrate Human Resource updates in third party software system.
Maintain office inventory and manage third party vendors for office
readiness. Able to maintain confidential and proprietary
information. Additional operational office duties as assigned.

has no supervisory responsibility. Work Environment This job
operates in a standard office setting. This role routinely uses
standard office equipment such as computers, printers, fax
machines, phones, and copiers. Physical Demands This is a largely
sedentary role with the physical abilities below may be required.

Required Education and Experience Education: High school diploma or
equivalent. Experience: 1-2 years [JH2] experience in operations
administration or office management. Preferred Education,
Experience and Skills Education: Bachelor---s degree in business.
Experience: 1 years of IT experience with data entry and
Connectwise Manage. Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft
Office. Additional Eligibility Qualifications Must be able to
accomplish any and all duties with little to no assistance. Other
