As an Account Executive Cox Communities New Build -Beyond Borders,
you will influence and collaborate directly with industry partners,
including but not limited to homeowners Associations, property
owners/managers/developers, realtors, and business owners to
increase revenue generation, market penetration, and drive sales
indirectly through negotiated business-to-business contracts.
Cox Communities is the division of Cox that delivers solutions,
value, and trust for MDU & SFU owners, managers, developers, and
residents within their communities. The Beyond Borders initiative
is a key contributor for delivering on a five-year $125 million
dollar growth objective. The Cox Communities team acts as their
client's trusted advisor by supporting them in reaching their
business goals of optimizing rents, occupancy, and future proofing
their properties.
