Venturi Private Wealth is a highly successful private wealth management and investment advisory firm that serves high net worth families in Texas and Oklahoma. -We are growing fast and looking for new team members to join us in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The right candidate will have entrepreneurial thinking, i.e. like an owner, take initiative, and be a team player.
Job Description:

  • Serves as an integral part of the client relationship team working with the Advisors and Portfolio Managers
  • Focuses on ongoing client relationship management, including regular client contact, communications, meetings, and administering the on-boarding process for new clients
  • Responsible for administering regular client service for account activities including transfers, deposits, and withdrawals, etc. while adhering to high service standards
  • Manages custodian applications, trustee communications, etc.
  • Uses a variety of operating portals and apps to complete tasks
  • Administers family office services for some clients including minor bookkeeping and personal bill administration
  • Participates in office management and is present during office hours
  • Maintains familiarity with industry and economic trends and applies knowledge to client service and relationships
  • Maintains knowledge of and ensures compliance standards
  • Engages with team/staff and engages in actions that are consistent with firm branding, service standards, and initiatives
  • Works collegially and productively with clients, peers, and other team members.
  • Commits to ongoing growth of skill sets and competencies needed to serve client, firm, and individual success

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience within the financial services industry or similar family office environment
  • Strong communication and computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Technical aptitude as displayed through proficiency in a variety of apps or platforms
  • Experience with Tamarac, Salesforce, and Fidelity are a strong plus
  • Proficiency in branch operational procedures preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree required
