Job Description:

* Diagnose/assess internal technology and software utilization levels and help workforce throughout the organization to use low-code and no-code technology solutions. Develop strategy to help colleagues improve use of technology. - Help workers integrate technology expertise into their everyday duties by equipping the colleagues to create and manage a wide variety of low-code applications that interact with business data and processes. Enable non-technical workers to use low-code and no-code technology solutions to build scalable, lightweight efficiency gains and/or automation.

* Help solidify the shift in company culture toward automation and Artificial Intelligence. - Initiate, organize, champion, and act as a partner to implement emerging tech solutions for the organization to synergize efficiency gains and create better customer experience. - This includes networking automation and Artificial Intelligence solutions across divisions throughout the company to maximize the impact of technology and data on sales, expense ratio reduction, and building the brand.
* Work with all levels of management in a collaborative team environment to develop buy-in and implement automation solutions. - Work with colleagues individually throughout the organization to define and design change through process improvement/automation/low-code solutions. - Help colleagues understand what type of automation is viable and how to recognize opportunity for efficiency gain.

Excel Macro skills
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) skills
Dashboarding and business intelligence skills
Mentoring skills
Knowledge of the intersection between customer need, emerging technology, and the unique nature of AFA's business market, niches, and strategy
Ability to create strategy that will lead to technology adoption
Expert technological understanding, with comprehensive knowledge of Excel, Qlik, Machine Learning, SAS, Robotic Process Automation, Process Mining, and other new technology. Ability to direct and coach other colleagues on these topics.
Expert ability to explain complex concepts in a summarized format to management
Expert ability to explain complex concepts in a detailed, patient way to colleagues trying to learn
Deep understanding of expense ratios, and ways to reduce them while still maintaining Customer Service levels
Innovative mindset
Shows initiative, such as by addressing problems when needed
Demonstrates ownership of projects and work product
Has good planning and organizational skills, including management of multiple assignments
Good judgment, problem-solving, analytical and interpretative skills
Has strong Customer service skills, teamwork and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints
Exhibits influence on others such as developing strategy, setting direction, functioning as a role model, and supporting others
