Job Description Documentation Specialist Oklahoma City, OK Currently seeking Document Analysts for several openings with a growing company in OKC. The ideal candidate is someone who possesses at least 1 year of experience in an auditing or backend documentation or data entry position. Responsibilities of the Documentation Specialist Adhere to policies and guidelines Audit and review documents for accuracy Complete data entry with a high level of accuracy Compile documentation and review for completeness Coordinate with other departments as needed to obtain additional documentation Assist with special projects as needed Requirements of the Documentation Specialist Minimum of 1 year auditing or backend documentation or data entry experience Ability to meet and/or exceed deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office products Data entry or audit experience preferred Ability to toggle back and forth between multiple systems Strong communication skills both written and verbal
