  • Serve as a strategic advisor to COO, responsible for making time, information, and decision processes more effective for the COO.-- Supports COO by prioritizing both schedule and focus, identifying areas where the COO must direct their focus and identifying metrics for success.-- This includes working with the COO---s assistant, looking at long term work planning and strategic objectives, evaluating opportunities, and determining fit with priorities. This also includes acting as a liaison between COO and other executives to ensure COO involvement/decision making process is at the appropriate time.
  • Serve as the lead analyst and Project Manager for the Cameron Family Enterprise---s Risk Management function.-- This includes driving implementation of the ERM philosophy and framework established by the family and working with leaders across the enterprise to help analyze risk, identify gaps, make recommendations to the Cameron Family, and support implementation of approved strategies.----
  • Under COO direction, lead CGP operational activities to support efforts to grow the value of the portfolio.-- This includes ensuring processes support the operational structure, driving teams toward enterprise goals, and leading communication between CGP and all stakeholders (e.g., Family Owners, Board of Directors, Operating Companies, and Foundations).-- This includes analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of processes to ensure they are sustainable.------ This also includes assisting all new ventures with operations related to ---standing up and start-up---.
  • Lead and drive alignment between the Cameron Group Operating Companies.-- This includes designing strategies to implement the Alignment Blueprint and bring that work to life, as well as serving as a dot connector to optimize relationships and company connections in ways that drive better solutions for all.-- -- Job Requirements:Requirements: Experience:-- 7 yrs. experience required with minimum of 5 yrs. project management and/or leadership experience. 2-4 years of risk management experience also required.-- Industry:-- Experience in a broad spectrum of financial services preferred-- Project Management & Technology:
    • Established project management expertise.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying timelines.
    • Ability to lead projects involving complex themes and demonstrates proficiency with complex technical situations.
    • Ability to develop documents (processes, process maps) and communication--materials (presentations, power points, manuals, internal communications, etc.)
    • Ability to train Colleagues on processes and systems
    • Excellent research, analysis, and interpretation skills
    • Proficiency with PC Windows-based software and applications Risk Management
      • --Excellent analytical risk assessment and problem-solving skills
      • Experience workign with companies on their risk management programs
      • Grounding in risk management concepts and taxonomy so can communicate effectively with business leaders on risk issues
      • Familiar with risk management issues for financial services companies and/or family offices
      • Experience tracking action plans and following up with stakeholders to manage and monitor risks
      • Report writing experienc
      • --Change management experience necessary to help bring stateholders along when risk management program or standard is implemented
      • Diplomacy and executive presence required to guid and support leaders through risk assessments without simply creating the programs for them Leadership
        • --Able to effectively work under pressure and adapt to new concerns and changing environments
        • Demonstrates a high level of administrative competence and excels in analyzing and adjusting organization procedures for maximum efficiency
        • --Excellent ability to maintain objectivity, demonstrate diplomacy and to display tact in all situations
        • Strong oral and written communications skills, including outstanding interpersonal and consultative skills and experience in public speaking
        • Demonstrated ability to be persuasive and to negotiate
        • --Ability to motivate, drive results, and meet established timelines.--------------
        • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and effective follow through skills
