Technical Training Administrator

Job Description:

The purpose of the Technical Training Admin is to provide support to the Technical Training team. Their duties are vital to successfully onboard and place new hires on teams, enrolling in courses, maintain onboarding and various reports in addition to supporting the Technical Training team. A successful Technical Training Admin will work to coordinate with team members and members of the Development Department to complete tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Update and maintain new hire spreadsheets
  • Schedule and coordinate all Dev new hire team placement
  • Assist with team onboarding
  • Schedule and report upon Dev Department training, changes, placement
  • Additional administrative support as needed

Education/Certification:

  • High School Diploma

Experience:

Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PPT

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Certification:

  • Associate Degree / Bachelors Degree

Experience:

  • Prior customer service experience or support role

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Well organized
  • Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
  • Customer Friendly Attitude
