Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Review daily / weekly requirements Fully Setup CNC machines and fixtures on various machines to support production needs. Operate HAAS Vertical and Horizontal Mills Verify quality of all parts being produced Review and monitor material requirements based on job requirements Make minor CNC machine offset adjustments and program adjustments The ability to perform minor troubleshooting on equipment in the CNC Department Maintain a safe and hazardous free area Knowledge/Competencies: General knowledge of machines and tools particularly micrometers and calipers General knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control Basic knowledge of simple arithmetic; ability to count and measure Good writing and communication skills; speak, write and understand the English language Be able to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution to a problem Ability to work individually or as part of a team Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors and co-workers Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. *There are 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift opportunities available
