Omada is looking for a CMM Operator.
Use various CMM machines to test and inspect products at various
stages of the production process and compiles and evaluates data to
determine and maintain quality and customer and internal
requirements, and reliability of products by performing the
Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities: (Others may be
assigned as needed)
Interpret engineering drawings and diagrams and confer with
management or engineering staff to determine quality and
Select products for test at specified stages in production process
and test products for variety of qualities, such as dimensions,
performance, mechanical, or other characteristics as required by
the customer related engineering and internal traveler requirements
(customer requirements take precedence in the event of
Record test data, applying statistical quality management system
Recommend modifications of existing quality or production standards
to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment
Set up and perform destructive and nondestructive tests on
material, parts, or product to measure characteristic requirements,
performance, life, or material characteristics.
Ensure products and documentation are inspected and maintained as
required by the respective customers requirements and internal
Coordinate operation, maintenance, and repair activities to obtain
optimum utilization of inspection equipment.
Coordinate fabrication and installation activities to ensure
products and systems conform to engineering design and customer
Support Manufacturing Operations in daily operations, process
improvements, organization, inspection requirements, training, and
Ensure tools and equipment used for recording measurements are
calibrated and maintained.
Perform random inspections (daily) at machines for verification of
product conformity and adherence to QMS ad safety procedures.

Education and / or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 6 months to
1 year of related experience or a combination of education and
