Job Description \n The Lead Shuttle Driver trains, coaches and dispatches other shuttle drivers. \n \n \n \n \n \n Shift: Mon - Fri, 2pm to 11pm | M-F 6am to 230pm\n \n \n Pay: $15.44 Plus TIPS \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Essential Functions \n \n \n \n Picks up and drops off guests at specified stops along specified routes to facilitate getting guests to and from parking lots and locations \n Maintains shuttle equipment to optimal operational and optical condition \n Assists other operations as necessary (e.g. Parking, Guest Safety and Service, Food and Beverage, emptying garbage, etc.) \n Performs any reasonable tasks as requested by management \n Understands, supports and implements policies and procedures concerning: carpooling, maverick parking and uphill parking, etc. \n Maintains awareness of special events, groups and other circumstances out of the range of normal operations \n Performs responsibilities related to sustainability, waste diversion, and efficiency \n Makes sure the requirements for compliance with CHP, Commercial Transport Regulations, DOT, ADA, and OSHA are always met \n Must be flexible and willing to complete all duties that are assigned \n \n \n \n Responsibilities \n \n \n \n Correctly uses all personal protective equipment at all times \n Protects the safety of self, co-workers, and passengers at all times \n Promptly reports any potentially harmful equipment or situations to the immediate supervisor and/or appropriate department(s) \n Reports safety-related accidents and incidents at once to immediate supervisor and appropriate department(s), following documented procedures \n Follows all company and department safety policies and procedures as outlined in department-specific procedures or manuals \n Operates equipment in a safe manner that will not lead to injury of yourself or others \n Drives in accordance with the law and airport policies \n \n \n \n Qualifications \n \n \n \n One year of similar experience preferred.
