None Type of Travel: None * * * The Opportunity: We are seeking a
passionate Support Engineer to maximize the adoption of our Common
Software Development Environment (CSDE) and our internal AI chat
platform, CACI Chat. This Support Engineer will act as a Subject
Matter Expert (SME) for a growing group of applications to include
GitLab, Jira, Confluence, Artifactory, and others. They will
optimize and document workflows and process improvements, meet with
internal and external customers to assist with onboarding, offer
application usage guidance, provide troubleshooting support, gather
requirements, identify gaps with the current offering working with
the team to prioritize enhancements, and grow the adoption of each
of these tools within the company. Responsibilities: Be our first
line of support for CSDE and CACI Chat. Meet with internal and
external customers to help them with CSDE onboarding and support.
Identify gaps in the overall CSDE offering and work with the
internal team to prioritize these requirements. Strongly
collaborate with the team on aligning timelines with CSDE release
cycles and influencing the overall roadmap for CSDE. Document best
practices and capabilities for each of the CSDE applications.
Qualifications: Required: Must be able to successfully complete our
clearance sponsorship program to obtain an active TS/SCI clearance
with polygraph (US Citizenship required) Typically requires a
University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience Experience using
one or more Enterprise DevSecOps tools (GitLab, Jira, Confluence,
Artifactory) Experience with AI tools and services. Strong desire
to explore development and AI services Strong organizational skills
and attention to detail Strong oral and written communications
skills. Will be expected to brief and contribute to written
documentation Strong ability to self-organize and execute high
level objectives Proven, detail-oriented analytical and critical
thinking skills Ability to work with and support end users with
varying levels of technical competence -government, military, and
contractor Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive Desired:
Relevant GitLab Certification (e.g., GitLab Certified Associate,
GitLab Certified CI/CD Specialist, GitLab Certified DevOps
Professional, GitLab Certified Project Management Specialist)
Relevant Atlassian Certification (e.g., Managing Jira Projects for
Cloud) and/or completion of Atlassian Learning Paths (e.g.,
Confluence Administrator, JIRA Project Administrator) Experience
working on teams developing and delivering software on Amazon Web
Services (AWS) or similar cloud services. Relevant Kubernetes
Certification (Certified Kubernetes Application Developer,
Kubernetes and Cloud Native Associate) Experience building AI
services Experience with Microsoft Power Platform CompTIA Security

host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not
limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor
categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience,
specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
