Infrastructure Supervisor is responsible for recommending technical
direction, standards, and methodologies for Systems Administration
and Help Desk. This role is also seen as the technical liaison
between the business and system administration and help desk. This
is a working supervisor position so this role will be hands on with
network, storage, servers, exchange, active directory, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Lead and oversee Systems
Administration and Help Desk teams, providing technical guidance,
performance management, and operational direction. · Manage daily
infrastructure and support operations, including workload
prioritization, resource planning, and assignment coordination. ·
Establish, enforce, and maintain infrastructure and security
standards, procedures, and operational practices. · Plan and manage
infrastructure and security projects, including coordination with
internal stakeholders and external vendors. · Oversee enterprise
infrastructure and network environments, including data centers,
servers, storage, backups, Microsoft 365, directory services, and
core network services. · Design, implement, and support network and
security technologies, including switching, routing, WAN,
firewalls, access controls, secure remote access, and monitoring
solutions. · Monitor system performance and security events, manage
incident escalation and root cause analysis, and ensure compliance
with security and regulatory requirements. · Ensure infrastructure
supports disaster recovery, business continuity, accurate
documentation, and licensing management. · Perform additional
duties and projects as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: This
position directly supervises Systems Administrators and Help Desk
Technicians and is responsible for their overall direction,
coordination, and performance management. Supervisory duties are
performed in accordance with organizational policies and applicable
employment laws. Qualifications Qualifications: To perform this job

network engineering and network security · Hands-on experience with
firewalls, routing, switching, wireless, and VPN technologies ·
Experience designing and supporting secure enterprise networks ·
Knowledge of security concepts including encryption, access
control, segmentation, logging, and vulnerability mitigation ·
Experience with two or more of the following: o Networking &
network security o Firewall administration o Server and storage
systems o Virtualization (VMware or equivalent) o Data center
operations · Ability to troubleshoot complex network, security, and
infrastructure issues · Strong documentation skills (network
diagrams, standards, procedures) · Excellent verbal, written, and
interpersonal communication skills · Ability to lead initiatives
from concept through execution · Strong analytical,
problem-solving, and decision-making skills · Ability to adapt
quickly to changing priorities and urgent situations · Demonstrated
commitment to high-quality customer service Education and
Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience, or 8 years’
experience related specifically to System/Network Administration
1-3 years of supervisory experience preferred Additional
