Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone comfortable working with a team of motivated individuals, in a remote position and preferably local to the OKC metro area. As our Developer II, we expect you to be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and improving existing applications while utiliizing back-end developing skills; this includes company business systems. The responsibilities also encompass identifying problems in the system, anticipating issues, and repairing systems and software when necessary.
On a Typical Day, You'll
Utilize back-end developing skills for projects.
Maintain, support, and improve existing applications.
Drive front end development of CMR applications.
Analyze legacy applications and develop replacements with current coding practices.
Support/mentor junior developers
Tiered Support Bonus System
The following bonus structure is based on total fees generated across CMR during the month. Bonuses are paid per pay period on the paycheck following the period in which it is earned. This is additional money earned for doing your job!
Level 1 = $125
Level 2 = $160
Level 3 = $200
Qualifications
Required Skills:
3+ years developing in React framework and libraries.
3+ years programming experience with .NET/C#
Experience with shipping a production React/Node.js application.
Experience with building API-based integrations.
Experience creating and consuming Rest APIs
Experience developing headless (SPA) applications.
Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
Willingness to remain current and learn new technologies as required.
Preferred Skills:
Possesses a working knowledge of web standards, accessibility, and best practices of web design and UI/UX design
Experience with Azure Development
Solid understanding of the software development life cycle, agile methodologies and devops tooling (Azure DevOps preferred)
Experience with unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures
Structured query language (SQL)
Experience
Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience or
5+ years' experience related specifically to application development.
