The Sr Performance Consultant for Spiers New Technology is responsible for leading customer engagement and ensuring customer satisfaction. As the primary business liaison for the customer, the Sr. Performance Consultant will use their knowledge of the battery technology business to recommend services and solutions that meet the customer's needs while providing actionable insights that will increase client product utilization and effectiveness of SNT's products and services. PRIMARY DUTIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITES --- Effectively manage performance and results for assigned accounts by serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. --- Understand the Client's Service Schedule and Pricing Agreements to ensure adherence. --- Write statements of requirements (SQR), scope of work (SOW) and other client proposals as needed. --- Forecast and track key account metrics. Monitor and analyze account performance and trends to determine a need to adjustment expectations, goals, and objectives. --- Provide strategic recommendations to develop new business with existing clients or to achieve improved results --- Demonstrate ownership of account by responding to client requests and issues in a timely and urgent manner. --- Work with 'at risk' partners and determine action plan to turnaround and retain. --- Build and develop strong working relationships with partners and all customer contacts --- Effectively manage time and activities to successfully engage with every client, meeting their needs. --- Prepare standardized and ad hoc report on account status Qualifications: Education, experience, and Qualifications --- Bachelor's Degree in related field. --- At least two years of experience in account management, customer service, or project management, --- Highly motivated self-starter capable of working in a team environment. --- Strong analytical and data-driven thinking. Preferred Qualifications --- Progressive experience in account management. --- 5 Years of experience in the automotive industry.
